How do you cook your turkey on Thanksgiving?
I have always used the reynolds turkey size cooking bags. My turkeys come out perfectly browned and moist every time. No need to babysit (baste) the bird. And a very large bird (20lbs) is done in about 2.5 hours. You cant beat it with a stick!
I have had die hard guests that firmly believed in only roasting with the foil and basting method. But once they have tried my turkey, they are now cooking bag converts.
