Do you have to aquire a taste for african food?
If you are open minded about food and have enjoyed various foods from around the world, African food will be no different. The Tangines from Morocco and Tunisia are fantastic as is the Arabic style of food from Egypt, Sudan and Algeria and Libya. The western African food has a Caribbean influence and South African food has a Dutch and German influence.
I happen to like most of what I have tried.
