Why is Japanese curry called Vermont Curry? Its made in Japan?

Angela is right, in some ways the literal translation of some words from Japanese to English and there order would make no real sense, plus alot of company label foods for the markets out side of there native country's differently.

I am a former chef and worked in Japan, and there they tend even in Japanese to be more flowery with there product descriptions, they use Super alot to evoke power and strength, it is more a metaphoric licence to promote and sell things, with that brand and I have used it there is no honey or apple in the curry, it comes in a mild and spice packet, it is more soupy and a n asian version of curry, not like or similar to Indian style only in the base spice.
